Kenya is newly included as an eligible country. Under new statutory rules (Art. 22 D.Lgs 286/1998), employers must confirm Nulla Osta within 15 days of visa checks completion (or it is automatically revoked) and sign the Contratto di Soggiorno within 15 days of worker entry into Italy.
