3. मालिक की न्यूनतम आय के नियम
अकेला मालिक: सालाना घोषित आय कम से कम €20,000 होनी चाहिए।
परिवार के साथ: कुल पारिवारिक आय कम से कम €27,000 होनी चाहिए। बच्चों या भाई-बहनों की आय भी जोड़ी जा सकती है।
4. गंभीर बीमारों के लिए आय में 100% छूट
यदि मरीज के पास सरकारी अस्पताल (ASL) से Non-Autosufficiente (अपनी देखभाल खुद न कर पाने का) सर्टिफिकेट है, तो मालिक को आय दिखाने से पूरी तरह छूट (100% Exemption) प्राप्त होती है।

Household Housekeeper / Maid (Colf)
Focuses primarily on personal medical assistance, medication schedules, mobility, and hygiene.
Focuses on house cleaning, culinary preparation, laundry, and general domestic upkeep.
Classified under CCNL Levels BS (autosufficienti), CS (non-autosufficienti), or DS (trained nursing).
Classified under CCNL Levels A (entry maid), B (collaboratrice esperta), or B Super.
If patient is certified non-self-sufficient by ASL, the employer is EXEMPT from minimum income rules.
Employer MUST demonstrate full minimum taxable income (€20,000 single / €27,000 family) without exemption.
Eligible for the ring-fenced 10,000 extra-quota allocation established under D.L. 145/2024.
Must compete exclusively within general non-seasonal subordinate quota allotments.
Tax deductible up to €2,100 per year for non-self-sufficient care expenses under Italian tax law.
Only social security contributions (INPS) are deductible up to a maximum cap of €1,549.37.
