Important Clarification: Foreigners Studio S.R.L. is not a government ministry, immigration police authority (Questura), or prefecture (Prefettura). All official filings are submitted directly to competent public authorities on behalf of clients pursuant to formal authorization.

Clients warrant that all documents, personal credentials, certificates, employment letters, and declarations submitted to Foreigners Studio are authentic, accurate, and lawfully obtained. Foreigners Studio accepts no liability for delays, fines, or rejections resulting from falsified, forged, or inaccurate documentation provided by the client.

Fees for professional consultancy, document translation, administrative dossier compilation, and application filings are agreed upon prior to initiating work. Quotations reflect the procedural complexity and dedicated processing hours for your file.

No Standard Refund Policy:
Foreigners Studio S.R.L. does not operate a standard refund policy. Because immigration dossiers, consular appointments, court document preparation, and visa applications require immediate and dedicated legal review, translation, and scheduling upon booking, all fees paid are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Our Commitment to Results & Mutual Adjustment:
We take immense pride in our track record and diligently work to get our clients' tasks successfully completed. In the rare event of exceptional circumstances, force majeure, or unforeseen government circular modifications that affect a file, matters are handled on a case-by-case basis through mutual amicable discussion and fair adjustment (such as dossier realignment, procedural credit toward an alternative service, or mutually agreed settlement).

While Foreigners Studio applies the highest standards of legal rigor and diligence, the final decision to grant, renew, or deny visas, residency permits (permessi di soggiorno), or citizenship rests solely with the competent public authorities (Questura, Prefettura, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Consulates, and Courts). Foreigners Studio cannot guarantee governmental administrative outcomes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian Law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Rome or Latina, Italy.
